Herb Sauce

Herbs contain phytonutrients, these make the difference between you feeling meh and feeling great. This one is so easy and you can add it to almost anything. It is a staple in my eating.

Take a 25g bag of parsley, 25g bag of coriander, crush a large garlic clove, Tbls of olive oil, juice of half a lime or lemon, a little salt and pepper. Now stick them in a little food processor and whizz until sauce like.

If you don’t have a food processor, no problem, I often chop the herbs by hand and put them into a bowl and mix.

There is so much you can add this handy little sauce to. Chicken and fish are my favourites. You could use it with vegetables only as well.
